About the Dean

Attended California State University, Long Beach where he earned B.A. (1972), and M.B.A. (1975), degrees in Business Administration with emphases in management and manpower management; Los Angeles Harbor Community College (1970), A.A. degree in Secretarial Science. Dr. Williams received his doctorate degree from Claremont Graduate University in Education Administration (1985), and speaks fondly of his experiences with Dr. Delores Cross, who now serves as president of Chicago State University, and Peter F. Drucker, who served as members of his Orals Committee. Dr. Williams is a product of San Pedro, California where he attended elementary through high school.
