Business
Administration:
This field of concentration allows students to earn the Associate
Degree while partially preparing them for transfer into the
business administration major at a university. In addition,
it prepares the student for an entry level position in any
business office.
Computer
& Business Information Systems:
The CBIS Department has four Career Certificate Programs and
four Completion Certificates for students interested in working
in the computer industry.
Computer Applications
& Office Technologies:
The Computer and Office Technologies Department provides courses
to meet every office workers' needs, at both the LAC and PCC
campuses, in computer applications (CAOTC), office technologies
(CAOTO), and computer keyboarding/typing (CAOTT).

This field of concentration provides the student with a general
education in the principles, concepts, and methodologies of
various disciplines (Administration of Justice, Fire Science
and Human Services). In addition, courses in these areas may
partialls satisfy general education and major requirements
for a baccalaureate degree.

Sciences:
This field of concentration provides the student with a general
education in the principles, concepts, and methodologies of
various disciplines (Anthropology, Economics, Geography, Philosophy,
Psychology and Sociology). In addition, courses in these areas
may partially satisfy general education and major requirements
